The best bagels I've ever had, they changed my perception of life. If I could eat there every day of my life I could die a happy man

As others have mentioned the wait was long to order and long for the food to arrive. We were there during peak lunch time. Also as others noted the customer service was weird in a rude way. I think the employees really believe they are in the big city but thus type of service just doesn't work in sunny Florida. Both of us had the sizzling pastrami and it was very tasty. That is the saving grace for this place.

At Bagel Brothers in Tradition at Port Saint Lucie. These store employees forgot why they are still open, Worst ever customer service...dont ever come half an hour before closing they will treat you and make you feel unconfortable up to the point that you just want to get what you asked and just go.... WOW for sure is my first and my last !!! I see that I am not tshe only one that noticed the bad client customer service... Really wish them lot of luck ....

Very good bagels but way too stuffed with cream cheese. May i have a bagel with my cream cheese? I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and small coffee (they offer flavors ) My son had a kids meal consisting of a mini bagel with cream cheese and a over easy egg including a mini juice box. I also picked up the sunday paper. Total cost was $9.17. Besides the extra packed cream cheese, the bagel was seasoned on both sides(yay) and had a nice crusty outside with soft inside. They do have deals if you buy bagels without anything on the them. 6/$5.75 or a bakers dozen/$9.75 18/$13.00. Bagel Brothers sells cream cheeses and cold salads by the lb, as well as soups and cold cuts. They have waffles and pancakes and pastries. They have a from the grill menu as well as cold sandwiches. Overall this place is good. When i feel like spending a bit extra we will visit again.

Great bagels! Great customer service! And just a overall wonderful experience at bagel brothers of New York. If you're looking for a great breakfast, a sweet treat or just a coffee definitely try out this amazing spot, you won't regret it!

As mentioned in many posts there is s long wait. The wait is worth it. The bagels are the best I have had since I left Jersey. The staff is not rude, they are just rushed to get the food out in a timely manner and don't have the time for small talk

I'm here now smiling!! Why? because at last. Bagels that are real!! Forget publics soft roll with a hole that they jokingly call a bagel!! We're here having authentic NY Bagels with fantastic vegetable cream cheese!! Great coffee and it's hot and there are many choices of flavors. We miss NY bagels but no more. I heard the May have SUNDAY home delivery, not sure if that's in place maybe I'll get a group of people at my 55+ place to form a group to make this a reality. Ps we are early risers and this place opens at 6am

Very poor customer service. Ordered a sandwich and waited about 15 minutes then was told they had to go to the store to get the gravy. Instead they should have told me they were out of it and pick something else. I have been there several times and each time they all have attitudes. Never go there again

Best bagels in the area by far! They're not a roll with a hole in the middle - they're authentic NYC bagels that remind me of being back home in New Jersey. Try the french toast bagel with honey walnut cream cheese if you have a sweet tooth like I do. They also have great sandwiches and they stack TONS of meat on the Italian. Yum

Decided to give this place a try since it was in walking distance to where I was staying for the holidays. The strip mall that this bagel shop is located in is a great location, close to residential but not far off from plenty of shopping close by. It was pretty busy when we walked in and since I was waiting on line and had time to kill, thanks to yelp I looked this place up and they had a $10 voucher for $5 that I couldn't refuse. Bought the voucher while I was waiting on line and then by the time the cashier was ready for me I had my voucher ready. So, we bought a baker's dozen of bagels plus they give you 2 free ones and we bought 2 croissants along with a container of cream cheese and our bill was only a little over $13 and then with my voucher I only paid $4. The bagels were fresh but tasted average. The cashier was pleasant but her manager was like a dried up prune, no personality and seemed like she couldn't care less, didn't even make eye contact with the cashier or us when processing our voucher. The manager should lead by example but oh well. To sum up our experience the bagels were ok and satisfied our crew for breakfast for 2 days, the price was great but the customer service can use some fine tuning.

This place in organization continues to get worse each visit..I wish there was a competitive store so maybe the owners would wake up and appreciate their customers and make necessary changes..45 to a hour for a bagel sandwich is unacceptable. So if you have never been here before don't expect to get in and out in a few..plans on spending at least an hour. Over heard the owner this morning speaking to customer and see thinks this is acceptable.

The bagel bros had some really nice people working there, and I got to see the back a few times when I was a delivery driver for another company, and was always impressed- keep up the great bagel making guys! I'll be back!
(4)Alberto D.
Good breakfast sandwiches and a good coffee selection. The place is always busy. This is probably the only place to get a good breakfast in tradition.
(4)Bea M.
Best bagels in PSL. The other places don't even compare. It's not a wonder it's always busy. And because it's always busy, everything is always fresh. I specially love the variety of cream cheese. I look forward to November sandwich of the month!!!! (Thanksgiving wrap) Morning pro tip: if you know what you want, call your order in 10 minutes in advance and walk right up to the register.
(5)Liz T.
Talk about attitude !! The older blond woman ls rude and obnoxious. The whole system of ordering and then everyone cluttered around the cash register waiting for their food is a joke. Who wants to eat off a styrofoam plate with plastic utensils in a crowded, noisy, claustrophobic setting that has mediocre food at best ? I am a New Yorker and that place is an embarrassment. Save yourself the trouble..

Awesome for breakfast. We go here a few times a month, usually on Sunday. There is always a long line, but the service is quick. I always get an everything bagel with lox, and my husband loves the omelettes that are made to order. The bagels are fresh and delicious every time. They have a large variety of beverages, and an extensive coffee selection. The staff is pretty friendly as well. They have a large variety of sandwiches in the deli case that look delicious, except we haven't tried them yet. Highly recommend.
(5)Sky E.
The sandwiches aren't freshly made. They're pre-made and then sit in the deli cooler. The homemade cuban wasn't anything special they didn't put pickles on it(I had to ask for them). Other than the sandwich being 'eh' the macaroni salad was pretty good. I also got a few bagels which was probably the best part. Pass on the sandwiches, go for the bagels.
(3)Jill H.
I keep wanting to like this place. The food is good, I can't complain about that. But the service and filthy dining room is awful. We waited about 15+ minutes for one bagel sandwich and one pre-made panini. Nothing fancy. Rotten attitudes by the staff, and holy expensiveness. $23 for the sandwiches and two sodas. The eating area looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they opened with trash overflowing, dirty floors, table legs covered in a white substance. It just seems like it's very poorly managed and that's a shame. Probably won't go here again.

I am originally from New Jersey; needless to say I am a HUGE bagel & coffee shop lover. I moved to PSL 7 months ago and I frequented this bagel shop a minimum of 2 times a week since my move. One would think that as often as I'm in there I would at least be greeted with a smile or even a "Good Morning," this was NEVER the case. It always seemed as though I was inconveniencing the miserable staff to order a simple bagel and cream cheese. I just brushed this off though, always saying thank you and going about my morning. Sometimes I would take my food to go, sometimes I would eat and read, sometimes I'd send my brother to pick up my food to go and a couple time I brought in my laptop and browsed the web (no big deal for a place the offers wifi...right???) WRONG!!!! 3 days ago (a Monday morning) while I was sitting in the corner on my laptop using MY cell phone's wifi connection, I was approach my a man that claimed to be the owner. He said, "Listen, this is not your office." -I began to laugh, surely he was joking. "No! I'm serious! This is not your office. If you have work to do, you'll have to go somewhere else!" I was MORTIFIED. By now the patrons within my view were staring. I was a frequent paying customer, and I had only been there for about 2 hours! I would have never thought that this would be a problem for an establishment that offers wifi! This man had no argument and his approach was COMPLETELY rude and disrespectful. 1. There were NUMEROUS chairs inside AND outside for customers. 2. There was not ONE person in line. 3. THEY OFFER WIFI! This says to customers, "Computers welcomed!" I never saw this man before but he made sure to tell me that the miserable blonde lady with the sophomoric pigtails and hair styles told him I had occupied their table for "hours". This lady sees me ALL THE TIME!! Never says, "hello" but has the nerve to report me to the so called "owner"?! "You have plenty of other tables and I'm here all the time but, no problem, I'll leave and I won't be back." "GOOD! GOOD RID-DINS!" -He said this to me at least three times then shouted it as I walked out. You would have thought I was some punk kid trying to steal a cookie by the way he shouted this to me. I started out in hometown bar and grills and now work at a 5 star resort and rule #1 in the restaurant business: You NEVER make a customer feel obliged to leave. Forget about telling them outright to leave like he did! A nice lady saw everything (as did everyone else in the restaurant) and told me she is friends with the real owners (that was the father of the owner) and they would want to know what happened and apologize. I gave her my number and I have heard nothing. The damage is done as I have never been so publicly humiliated but, some acknowledgment of the situation would have been nice. It is clear that customer service is not a standard. They were always rude, but I ignored it. They always took long, but I was patient. They have awful reviews (check out yelp.com and read more below), but I still gave them my business. Your first few experiences may be "ok" at best, but I'm confident that eventually, the true colors of this establishment's standards will shine through. Stay Away. If you do decide to go, Good Luck!

About the best place in the area to grab a bagel and a coffee.
(3)Rachel A.
I come to port st Lucie once a year from NYC. Reminds me of home with the food but a very friendly vibe
(5)SG P.
I walked in....saw a line all the way to the door and one employee working at a snail's pace....a line to the door....at 10:30 on a Wednesday morning...not a weekend...not a holiday...just a Wednesday.... I turned around and left, on my way to panera on st lucie west, knowing I could drive up there, get a bagel, and drive back in less time than I could get a bagel and leave here. It's a shame ... the quality of products here is good but the service is their Achilles heel... I'm all for supporting local business but not when the employees have no sense of urgency to support their customer. I really hope you find some employees that care before panera comes to tradition.

Great food good people. Every day stop for me. ..................................................Â..................................................Â.........
(5)Jamie S.
Mediocre deli-style food. No waiter service - order at counter, wait for your food, they call you when it's ready, pay at counter and pick up food. Slow and unfriendly service. I would not return.
(2)Dana D.
The blueberries taste like blueberries! In the bagel, that is. Willy Wonka himself would have been impressed.
(5)Bob F.
Wow reading the latest reviews makes me wonder how much longer this place will be here. Went there today to buy some bagels and was third on line. A gentleman was helping the first in line with a lengthy order. There was a blonde woman walking around who I've seen working there before. She never once came over to help the next girl in line. Finally she walked out. So now I'm standing there waiting for her to come over to ask me what I wanted. No such luck. She then made a personal phone call and was on the phone talking so loudly everyone in the place could hear her. Amazing! Finally the young worker took my order. I told him my observation and that the girl ahead of had walked out while that blond woman was talking on the phone. He apologized and I asked him if she was an owner. He said no she was the manager. Seriously?? The Manager? What a joke she was. Well based on everyones reviews I'm not the only one not going back. Doesn't the owner of this place ever read these reviews??
(1)Michael J.
I recommend this only based on the food. Tastes great and put together with quality. The draw backs for this location is the dinning room is limited and you are not guaranteed a table on a Saturday or Sunday. I would return to Bagel Brothers only because I do enjoy the food, but only at times when I am prepared to get it to go if I can't get a table.
(2)Sarah A.
Had a good veggie omelette and a great 7-grain bagel; I found staff to be more helpful than other reviewers did. They have a nice little outdoor eating area. Overall a pleasant experience, and will definitely come back if nearby. Wish more people judged bagel places on the quality of their actual bagels, which would give this place a more accurate avg. rating.

There are plenty of accurate reviews here, but allow me to keep it up to date. As of yesterday, this place is a complete joke. Horrible setup, congested for no reason other than terrible planning and layout. extremely slow, miserable / rude employees, and extremely overpriced. I ordered 3 bagels. Two with tuna salad and one with cream cheese. There was nobody ahead of me. 2pm on a Sunday. Took 22 minutes. There were two people after me and they were both complaining. (cost as much as two large pizzas!) The miserable blonde woman everyone here is complaining about is absolutely extremely rude, and acts like you are inconveniencing her. Wrong business for these people, it will not last long. Cant wait for Panera to open. They should go there when it opens to see how a real business is run. Total disaster, will never go back again. Don't waste your time. Food is so-so at best. Better off going to Publix next door. Better quality, and most of their employees are super friendly.
(1)Emily B.
Delicious! This was our first visit and we loved it. We both had omelets and bagels (included in meal for $8) everything was fresh and the service was fast and friendly. This will definitely be a go - to lunch spot for us in the future!
(5)Vanessa H.
I have been to this bagel shop a few times and my opinion is: The bagels are yummy. So are the bagel sandwiches, particularly the egg, cheese and ham bagel sandwich. However, the menu is expensive, the service is pretty slow, and the layout of the restaurant is terrible. On a busy Sunday morning it is so crowded inside, and the tables are on top of each other. Overall I haven't been thrilled with Bagel Brothers. I would recommend going and getting some bagels to go. And that's it. But don't go expecting to have a whole wheat bagel, they don't offer them.
(3)Shanie B.
The bagels and food here are probably the best in the area. However the service is very slow and with the exception of one young man the people who work there are rude. I've often felt like the fact I was coming in to order food was a bother or disruption in the workers minds.
(2)Chris R.
You can't rush quality! I think they do a fine job with premium ingredients but just a tad long on the wait sometimes.
(4)Randy L.
Love this place!! Great food made fresh and to order . Always good and friendly service. Love the new sandwiches and menu items.
(5)Bev J.
The only thing good about this place are the bagels and they still don't compare to Noah's on the West Coast. Staff here is so rude. You walk in and stand at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges your existence. Then you have to wait another 15 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. When Panera opens, it will be the death of this place.
(2)Corinne R.
This place has good food. I will admit that. And that is why i have been going there since I moved to the area 2 months ago. Also it's the only sandwich shop within 5 milesof my house. But the reason I am giving them one star is beacuse they are SOOOOO SLOW! I understand when there are a lot of people at lunch time and in the morning that it is going to take a little while. But today they had no other patrons and yet it took the geniuses behind the counter 5 min to take my order and 20 to make 2 sandwiches. This is not the first time this has happened. The sign says that they are open until 3:30 but apparently everyone with a brain leaves after the lunch rush.
(1)Colton S.
Delicious! I love their bagels, they haves a huge selection & you're bound to find something you'll love!
(5)Kendal B.
Good food but the service is Really Really slow - it took awhile to get out order taken and even longer to pay! And the trash was over flowing - blech
(2)Dennis F.
My only problem with them, if your going to charge me $8 for a Tuna Salad on a plain bagel, how about putting some Tuna Salad on it. A couple of times I went there it was all bagel and hardly any Tuna. I'm afraid to go there, you never know how they will make the sandwich, but you know you'll be out $8
(3)Sarah T.
My mom told me about this place and I was thoroughly impressed. It's on the corner in Tradition Square and has been packed the two times I've been there. They have indoor and outdoor dining but you have to watch tables like a hawk to snag one. There is quite a huge menu and tons of bagels and spreads to choose from. I ordered a veggie omelette that came with a side of potatoes and an everything bagel with veg cream cheese. Let me tell you about this bagel - it was the best one I have ever had. Every flavor of the bagel was tantilizing and the experience has left me spoiled - no everything bagel is like theirs. This place is good because it's quality food by owners who care about your business, unlike going to McDonalds or some chain restaurant. Update: the Bagel Brothers in Tradition has the best ambience (or "feng shui" as I like to say) compared to the other two stores in PSL. The other two stores feel very cafeteria-like. Even though the Tradition one is pretty busy and crowded there is just something about the hustle-bustle that makes it more appealing to me.
(4)John M.
Well, after waiting for my food for what seemed like hours, I am finally full. The food was satisfying, besides the fact that they ran out of my favorite bagels. The one that I got was over-toasted, but I could manage. I noticed that the staff looked overworked, and like they didn't have enough hands to handle all the customers. But, overall, this is an OK restaurant.
